I love how slow of a burn this is. Getting caught up in this near future Istanbul is a lot of fun, it’s all layers and textures and heat and overcrowding. The characters are good, too, especially by Sci fi standards. This isn’t War and Peace, but everyone is interesting and well drawn. This is becoming a favorite at this pace.
