King Pellam’s feast is coming up and this invisible knight will be there, too. Note about blood: blood is a paradox in that it is regenerative (healing properties) as much as it’s loss brings death. Blood ties families together, blood heals, and Christ’s blood is eternal (sangreal). Anyway, it takes 15 days to get the the feast but will not give up his sword to enter the castle.

Arthur fights Lotte, Pellynore (of the questing beast) shows up and kills Lotte. Gawayne is not pleased at all about this and we get a foreshadowing of Pellynore’s death at Gawayne’s hand. Remember, Lotte is Gawayne’s, Aggravayne’s, Gaheris’, and Gareth’s father and while these will be round table knights, you can see how there are factions within it that hate each other due to blood lines and revenge.
